I have just heard that the current Bluetooth Ultragauge is coming with EGT factory programmed for the DPF model 200 Landcrusiers.

Assuming thus that the codes must be known, are there any Ultragauge Admin or staff that can advise what these might be?

Any users cracked this?
I see the Scan Gauge guys have it working?

Any experts at converting those backwards to Ultragauge? I tried but no success.
Ultragauge MX - Manufacturer specific gauges / 2007 Allison 6 speed trans temp
« Last post by richardkronz on March 05, 2017, 12:20:04 PM »
I hve been trying without success to get a trans temp reading on my 2007 2500HD Duramax / Allison truck. I have worked with Steve at Ultragage, but so far nothing he has suggested has worked. Im beginning to wonder if it is possible to read the 6 speed's temp. I have one UG setup for an Allison 5 speed, but it is from 2002, and doest use CAN. Does anyone have this figured out?
Anndroid 7.1.1.  Sorry I wasn't clear in my post.   Anndroid 7.1.2 preview has been released for some devices.  Seems if I spell AnnDroid correctly the word is removed from my post.
I would have never even heard of UltraGauge if it weren't for the Honda Odyssey forums "odyclub" there are people on there touting the UltraGauge MX 1.3 showing transmission temperature for the 2011-2013 model years that used a 5-speed transmission.  For whatever reason, when Honda refreshed the Odyssey for 2014 using a newer 6-speed transmission, the transmission temperature is no longer available at the same PID.  I'm not 100% sure that its not possible to get the transmission temperature but I too have scoured the internet for someone that has been able to get it to work.  It's baffling to me that Honda would change so much from 2013 2014 that would result in no longer exposing the transmission temperature via HondaCAN, but it certainly is disappointing.  I do understand that the shortcoming is with the vehicle and not the UltraGauge, but even still this lacking is preventing me from buying an UltraGauge.  I'd be placing my order right now if I knew for sure that it would display transmission temperature, and there's a whole host of folks over on odyclub that'd be right behind me.

There must be some users experienced with converting Scangauge codes to Ultragauge.

Last week the issue #2 happened again.

Has Ultra Gauge planned to fix the issue or is this a case of "just live with it" ?

Ultragauge MX - Manufacturer specific gauges / MY 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser M Gauges

I was hoping I could get some help from experienced users for the above 2016 Australian model Land Cruisers.

I was trying to crack the codes for EGT.  While EGT is not provided on the preMY16 vehicles, it is on the new vehicles due to having DPF. Scangauge have codes listed and they are functioning. There is a thread going on the LCOOL Forum, Trans temp etc has been sorted but we are having no luck with other gauges. I note that on the pre MY16 models, gauges have been resolved for lockup, gear selector, alternator duty ratio etc. Unfortunately these do not transfer over the the MY16 model.

Re EGT - I have tried to determine the UG code from the Scan gauge code (the SG is confirmed as functioning) but no luck on the UG. So far I have tried:

Scangauge (code)        UG (converted code)
TXD: 07DF0178           Tdata: 07DF0178000000
RXF: 054106780000    Mtch: 417800
RXD: 3808                  Rpos: 2808
MTH: 0001000AFFD8   X: 0001 /:000A +:FFD8

UG specific code used with above:
TCtrl: 92
RCtrl: 21
Outformat: 00
Ave: 00
Left/right: 31

I have tried a few other variations of TCtrl, RCtrl and Rpos. All showed Error. I believe the issue may be in the TCtrl or RCtrl code.

Are there any users that either have this working, have experience converting Scangauge codes or have suggestions on what I should try here to resolve the solution for this.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
