It's paired, do I go into the original ug app and add the 2nd car?

In other words, I see two ug blue pairings in my Bluetooth list, but how do I add the second automobile?

thanks again, this is my 4th ultra gauge... two original, and two blues.

Currently, there are no plans for a Windows App.  This could change in the future if there was significant interest.

UltraGauge Blue Bluetooth OBDII Adapter & Application / Re: Can it graph/datalog ?

Sorry for the loooooonnnng delay in responding.  Sounds like you would like the option to be able to generally graph one sensor vs another (in this case RPMs).

FYI, as of version 1.1.10 for Apple and version 1.7 for Androi.d, you can now download sample Gauge Page Layouts from the Cloud (and you can share your layouts as well).  This can give you some ideas on potential ways to layout your gauges based on how others are doing it.
Similar to adding a gauge, just longpress on the Gauge Page background and select "WWW Download Page Layout".  You can then select "Download SHared Page Layout to grab a shared layout from the cloud (to view the available layouts, just click on the "(Click to View Page Layouts)" link.

UltraGauge Blue Bluetooth OBDII Adapter & Application / Re: Guage auto scroll
« Last post by D2kos on January 08, 2016, 12:21:58 PM »
Will there EVER be an auto-scroll, as used in the original Ultragauge?  I don't like the idea of having to swipe the screen EVERY time I want to see another page.

This is the deal breaker for me.

When you implement auto-scrolling, I'll place an order for the UltraGauge Blue.

UltraGauge Blue Bluetooth OBDII Adapter & Application / Download cloud on app?
« Last post by BennettOZ on January 06, 2016, 10:54:54 PM »
Hi there.. I hit the download cloud button on the app to download my specific vehicles codes, etc.. It asks for an account I used to purchase the Ultragauge with. I however, received this as a Christmas gift. Is there another way to use the download button?

Thanks,

Pairing is the same as for the initial Blue Adapter.  It is done from the Mobile Devices Bluetooth screen (see here for more details: http://www.ultra-gauge.com/customer_support/knowledgebase.php?article=34)

To Connect, the model is slightly different depending on the type of your Mobile Device:

Androi.d:
The UltraGauge App will continually attempt to connect to the Blue Adapter which it was last connected to.  If you wish to switch to another Blue Adapter:
- Select the Bluetooth Icon in the Title Bar at the top of the Gauge Page
- Near the top is a Blue box which lists the last Blue Adapter connected to.  If you click on the blue box, it will provide a pull-down list of all Blue Adapters which have been paired with this mobile device.
- Select the Blue Adapter with which you wish to connect.  The App will then attempt to connect to this device.
Note: Once selected, the App will use this Blue Adapter as the last one "seen".  This means, that in the future, this will be the default Adapter with which it attempts to connect.

Apple:
When ignition on is detected by the Blue Adapter, the Adapter will continually attempt to connect to the last Mobile Device it was connected to.  So, once you have paired with the Blue Adapter from your Mobile Device, the Adapter will continue to attempt to connect to this device.  So, if you have multiple Adapters and one Mobile Device, each of the Adapters will attempt to connect back to this single Mobile Device.
To force the App to connect to a particular Blue Adapter:
- Tap on the gauge page to bring up the title bar
- Select the Bluetooth Icon in the Title bar at the top of the Gauge Page
- Near the top is a Blue box which lists a Blue Adapter.  If you click on the blue box, it will provide a pull-down list of all Blue Adapters which are currently connected via Bluetooth to your Apple Mobile Device.
- Select the Blue Adapter with which you wish to connect.  The App will then attempt to connect to this device.
Note: This is only for the case where you want to force a connection.  Normally, you can just let Blue Automatically connect to your Mobile Device.

Hey all,

Have had the Blue in my Kia Optima for several months.  Just bought another blue for my Kia Soul.

How do I pair, switch, use the 2nd blue?

Thanks in advance.

Inside the white shipping box is another smaller glossy white box roughly 3"x2"x2".  The link is printed on this box.

Shown here is the typical shipping box to the left and the UltraGauge Blue product box to the right.
