Android App appears to do nothing when Uploading/Downloading via the Cloud

On Android, if a Cloud Upload/Download icon is pressed, you will receive a message at the bottom of the screen indicating the success, and/or failure of the command at the bottom of the screen.  If you are not seeing any messages reported, go to the following Android screen:

Settings->Application manager->UltraGauge

And make sure that the "Show Notifications" box is checked.
