UltraGauge Blue supports Android and Apple^® Mobile devices including smart phones, tablets and laptops*.

UltraGauge Blue is completely autonomous and will continue to monitor and accumulate vehicle data even when the mobile device is not present.  The mobile device connects to UltraGauge Blue and allows vehicle parameters & information to be viewed in real time.

Connection is formed using BlueTooth wireless which is built into all mobile devices.   UltraGauge Blue supports BlueTooth 4.1.
BlueTooth 4.1 can support data rates as fast as 3.0Mbs. Combined with Blue's ultra-high speed internal architecture, UltraGauge Blue is the highest performance BlueTooth OBDII adapter on the market.   UltraGauge is backwards compatible with Bluetooth 2.0 and newer.

Once the mobile device has paired to UltraGauge Blue Adapter, the Adapter will Automatically connect to the mobile device whenever the mobile device is in range.   No user intervention is required.

Mobile Application

The instructions to download the mobile application are printed on the product box.
The UltraGauge Blue Mobile Application can not currently be directly found on Apple iTunes or the Google Playstore.
In order to provide the best possible support, the distribution of the Application is limited to those receiving UltraGauge Blue.
Soon the App will be available to all through iTunes and Playstore.
